The hotel was absolutely stunning and nice outside the city center. Stayed at a beautiful and clean room with a great shower and a very comfortable bed. - the staff were really helpful and affable throughout the property. - the hotel was close enough to a beautiful area, downtown, and Puerto Natales.

Everything was perfect, nonetheless we stayed for 7 nights only. We liked good restaurants on site.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, there was central heating, and a personal safe in the room, while the location was conveniently close to Torres del Paine National Park in a beautiful area.
